Files - always rinse your files and scrub them with water first, pat them dry then spray lightly each side with Viraclean.

Tables - wash table with damp cloth first, then spray table with Viraclean and leave to dry.

Tools & Implements - wipe your implements first to remove any dust and dirt then spray a damp cloth with Viraclen and wipe over your tools.  Make sure your implements are thoroughly dry before storing away.
